My local Jo-Ann’s is \u00a0having a “buy one get one free” sale on all brands of polymer clay starting today through Monday, and Michael’s has polymer clay on sale\u00a0 at 4 for $5. Check the ads for sales in your area.<\/p>\n

You will be able to do the first two exercises with an assortment of\u00a0colors and black and white, but for\u00a0the third exercise you will need one ounce of clay\u00a0from each of the six hues.\u00a0\u00a0Look at\u00a0the appendix on page 138 of the book to select the colors you want to use for each of the hue families.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0 tools you will need for the exercises are a pasta machine, a 3\/4″ square Kemper cutter,\u00a01\/2″ and\u00a0 5\/16″ circle Kepper cutters and a 1.5″ canape cutter. If you don’t have a 3\/4″ square cutter – you can use a circle cutter close to the same size.\u00a0 The main thing is to have two cutters – one small and one a little bit bigger so that you can\u00a0cut out the same size shapes over and over again.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Tune in tomorrow for some tips on the first exercise!<\/p>\n
