Start by making a color\u00a0collage to inspire your palette for the workshop and then practice\u00a0instinctively mixing colors using the Maggio Mixing Map as a\u00a0guide.<\/p>\n<p>After mixing your project colors, Maggie will demonstrate the\u00a0basic versions of her Watercolor Technique and show you how to make a sampler set of\u00a0simple flat beads that will allow you to play with color, shape and visual texture.<\/p>\n<p>After making and baking your own beautiful collection of flat color-washed beads in many<br \/>\nshapes and sizes you will select five beads to combine into a fun reversible pendant which<br \/>\nwe will finish in class using rubber cording. You can then take the rest of your beads home<br \/>\nto put together into jewelry of your own design.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kit Fee : <\/strong>$15 kit fee includes colored clay, handouts, stringing materials and group<\/p>\n<p><strong>Materials to Bring: <\/strong>In addition to pasta machine, work surface, and blade, bring Premo Polymer Clay, minimum of 6 oz (195 g) of dark scrap or Black\u00a0clay and 4 oz (130 g) of White clay. Colored clay provided. Once you have the colors you need, Maggie will demonstrate her advanced\u00a0Watercolor techniques for creating color washed sheets to mimic Sky, Mountains, Trees,\u00a0Fields and Water.
