We will use these swatches in a series of fun exercises designed to teach you the secrets of value contrast.<\/p>\n<p>You will learn how to mix colors to match your swatches using the Maggio Mixing Map, and then select five or six variations of your color to make a monochromatic Skinner blend that sings with energy. We will explore the stripe patterns of indigo dyed fabrics and learn a variety of techniques for making bracelets and collar necklaces using the ColorWash techniques in many different stripe patterns.<\/p>\n<p>While the projects are baking, Maggie will demonstrate how to make striped split rings out of polymer clay for putting together in a collar necklace or bracelet.<br \/>\n&#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211; &#8211;<\/p>\n<div class=\"wrapper section-inner\">\n<div class=\"content left\">\n<div class=\"posts\">\n<div class=\"post\">\n<div class=\"post-content\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kit Fee :<\/strong> $10 kit fee includes handouts and group supplies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Materials to Bring:\u00a0<\/strong>Pasta machine, work surface, pin tool and blade. \u00a0If possible, the polymer will be donated. If not, polymer will be ordered for the class and $20 will be added to the kit fee.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Class Length:<\/strong>\u00a0One Day. \u00a0Seven hours of instruction.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructor Fee:<\/strong>\u00a0$100\/student plus travel and lodging.
